Yesterday, Orlando, FL saw the start of Star Wars Celebration VI. And oh how I wish I was there this weekend.
I’ve been to the past 3 celebrations. And if you’ve never been then stop what you’re doing and book the first plane you can get to Orlando cause it’s pretty much mecca for the average nerd!! (next to SDCC that is)
From the costumes to the panels to the R2D2 races. There is no shortage of pure nerd delight!!
Here are a few things that attendees can look forward to.
Panels with the likes of Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Anthony Daniels, Warwick Davis, Peter Mayhew, Seth Green, Chris Hardwick of The Nerdist and more.
Star Wars in 30 minutes, the hilarious fast paced retelling of the beloved saga.
The costume pageant.
An always impressive showing from the 501st Legion (Vader’s Fist).
The premiere of the new season of Clone Wars and so, so much more!
