Nerd in Another City

My dear friend, Stacey, came up to visit me this weekend. And she had some credit card rewards points saved up that she had a mind to use.
Some of the options included seeing Jersey Boys, seeing Newsies, a night in a nice hotel, restaurants, etc. But the one that caught our eye was the helicopter tour over New York City.
That tour is pretty pricey on it’s own at $180/ person. So the chances of ever being able to do this in life was pretty slim.
I must say… we chose well!

All in all, my inner child (the part of me that always dreamed of being a spy or a marine or a fighter pilot) was very excited. If you ever have the chance to do this, I recommend it. It was certainly a unique experience.
