Day 14 – Robin Sparkles

Today’s inspiration is Robin Scherbatsky’s 80’s, pop star, alter-ego Robin Sparkles on How I Met Your Mother, in honor of the season premiere yesterday.

I started off with a roll of white tulle.

Then I made a large bow headband out of it to really give that 80’s look.

Then I just curled a bunch of the pieces on top and teased it a little to really give it volume. (The 80’s were all about volume.) I attempted to crimp a few pieces with my straightener. But that did not work out. I recommend using an actual crimper for that.
